this was a fairly easy task we first made the dough a day earlier and let it sit in the fridge to let it expand. The next day we rolled out the dough and made the filling for it and spread it out on the rolled out dough.some of the cinamon bun shapes were a little weird but we managed to make a few good ones
overall i think we did really well on this project i just feel like the shapes could be better but they tasted great and the texture was really good i dont really have much to say on this
